WESPC 9320A143T 2644H201PR Fuel Injection Pump for Perkins 3.3L & 4.4L Engines with 1600 Bar Pressure

High-pressure rotary distributor pumps engineered for Perkins 1103D-33, 1103D-33T, 1104D-44 and 1104D-44T electronically governed engines (3.3 L and 4.4 L, 3- and 4-cylinder). These engines power Massey Ferguson 4700 Global Series tractors, Landini Rex 4 F/GE and 5 Series orchard tractors, JCB 407ZX wheeled loaders and 527-58 Loadall telehandlers, as well as FG Wilson P13.5-6 and Pramac GSW65P sound-attenuated generator sets.

Engines deliver 60 kW to 85 kW at 2,200 r/min while meeting EU Stage IIIA/EPA Tier 3 emission limits using mechanical fuel systems only. The pump is critical for precise injection timing and smoke-free load acceptance.

• Plunger and distributor rotor: vacuum-degassed 20MnCr5 alloy steel, case-hardened to 0.8 mm depth
• Super-finished to 0.2 µm Ra for minimal leakage and long-term metering accuracy
• Cam-ring lobes induction-hardened to 58-62 HRC
• Roller tappets with tungsten-carbide PVD coating for high transient load resistance
• Lightweight aluminium governor sleeve with PTFE-impregnated bore for rapid idle recovery
• Laser-welded steel cap prevents internal pressure loss
• Electromagnetic shut-off valve encapsulated in glass-fiber-reinforced nylon rated IP67
• Torsional vibration damper limits peak twist to
