This mechanical diaphragm lift pump is designed for Perkins 1004-4, 1004-4T and 1006-6 naturally aspirated or turbocharged engines (4.0L and 6.0L displacement). It serves multiple equipment applications including:

• Massey Ferguson 5400-, 6400- and 8200-series tractors
• Landini Legend 105/115/130 vineyard and row-crop machines
• JCB 4CX and 5CX backhoe loaders
• Manitou MLT 735 telehandlers
• FG Wilson P22-6 and Pramac GSW100P skid-mounted generator sets

The pump bolts to the left-hand timing-gear cover and supplies filtered fuel to the high-pressure injection pump across engine speeds from 800 r/min idle to rated 2,200 r/min.

• SAE J744 size 1 flange with two M8 threaded holes on 60 mm centers

• Internal bypass valve limits pressure to 400 kPa
• FKM (Viton) sealing gaskets compatible with biodiesel blends up to B20 and arctic-grade diesel down to -45°C

• Powder-coated aluminium housing resists salt-spray and stone-chip corrosion
• Multi-layer fabric-reinforced nitrile diaphragm faced with PTFE for low swell and long flex life
• Induction-hardened medium-carbon steel lever and push-rod for wear resistance
• Stainless-steel return spring prevents sag in humid climates
• Transparent sight-bowl sediment filter with 80 µm paper element traps water and debris
• Spring-loaded priming lever allows rapid manual bleeding after service
• Lightweight, maintenance-free sealed bearings for quiet operation
