Application Compatibility
The 4133Y042 oil cooler is engineered for Perkins C4.4, 1106A-70T, 1106A-70TA, 1106C-E70TA, 1106D-70TA, 1106D-E66TA and 1106D-E70TA turbocharged four-cylinder diesel engines. This cooler is also directly interchangeable with Caterpillar C4.4, C6.6, 312D2 and 323D2 applications. These 4.4L to 6.6L engines are the preferred power-plants for mid-size hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders, tele-handlers, diesel generator sets, combine harvesters and high-hour agricultural tractors where sustained load and high ambient temperatures demand reliable oil temperature control.

The cooler features a plate-fin, brazed-aluminium core measuring approximately 290mm overall length, 210mm width and 55mm thickness, with a 6kg net weight. It carries an internal oil volume of 0.9L and is rated for continuous operating pressure up to 10 bar with peak pressure capability of 14 bar.
Material & Performance Features
The core matrix is manufactured from marine-grade 3003 aluminium alloy fins and 6063-T5 seamless tubes, furnace-brazed for joint strength that exceeds parent metal and delivers excellent resistance to vibration and thermal shock. End caps are cast from high-silicon aluminium, CNC-machined to ±0.05mm tolerance and powder-coated for superior corrosion resistance.
