WESPC Oil Cooler 2486A241 is a high-performance construction machinery component specifically engineered for Perkins 1103 series diesel engines, delivering reliable thermal management for industrial applications.

Designed specifically for Perkins 1103A-33T, 1103C-33T, 1103C-33TA and 1103D-33T three-cylinder turbocharged diesel engines (3.3L capacity). Also compatible with 1004-4, 1004-40, 1004-42 and 1006-6 four- and six-cylinder engines used in compact agricultural tractors, tele-handlers, 40-60 kVA generator sets and light industrial sweepers.

Plate-fin brazed-aluminium heat exchanger measuring 230mm length × 190mm width × 45mm depth with 3.7kg net weight. Features 0.7L internal oil volume and rated for 13kW heat rejection at 90°C oil-in temperature with 40°C coolant delta-T, maintaining oil outlet temperature below 95°C under full load conditions.

Core construction utilizes 3003 high-silicon aluminium fins and 6061-T6 seamless tubes, furnace-brazed at 600°C for superior joint strength exceeding parent metal and vibration fatigue resistance beyond 5 million cycles.
