The 3142A151 exhaust valve is engineered for Perkins 1103 and 1104 series diesel engines in both three-cylinder and four-cylinder configurations. This includes 1103A-33, 1103A-33T, 1103B-33, 1103B-33T, 1103C-33, 1103C-33T, 1104C-44, 1104C-44T, 1104D-44, and 1104D-44T variants.

The 30° sealing face is precision-ground and lapped to achieve a surface finish Ra < 0.4 μm, ensuring optimal sealing against the exhaust valve seat insert (3314A231) and preventing combustion gas leakage under turbocharged conditions.
