This production system combines an extra-long hot press (10 m platen length) with a fully synchronized material-handling line. The main modules include the press body, a 10-meter feed conveyor, a discharge unit, precision thermal-control loop, forced-air cooling section, and PLC-based central controller.

The workflow is fully sequenced: boards are automatically fed in, adhesive is sprayed, top skins are flipped into place, the stack enters the hot press, and finished panels exit to the stacking station. The entire sequence - from bare substrate to finished sandwich panel - runs without manual intervention, making it ideal for rock-wool sandwich boards, multi-layer cabinet panels, and other large-format composites.
