The right-angle hot press is a compact, integrated pressing unit built on an L-shaped frame architecture. The machine is engineered for structural rigidity and space-efficient layout, featuring L-configured front and rear conveying platforms that enable coordinated vertical main-pressure and lateral side-pressure operations. It utilizes an electric heating system paired with a thermal oil circulation loop, driven by a multi-cylinder hydraulic arrangement, and offers workpiece angle adjustment capability. The equipment is designed to support the complete workflow—from material feeding through lamination to discharge—for large-format panel processing.
Primarily suited for hot-press lamination of honeycomb panels and sandwich-type composite materials, as well as lamination forming of various door panel products. Common applications include building panel manufacturing, composite material processing, and prefabricated panel production.
Routine maintenance centers on monitoring hydraulic oil condition. Periodic inspection of sealing component integrity, conveyor medium wear assessment, and verification of circulation motor operational status is recommended. Most inspection and servicing tasks can be performed while the machine is stopped.
