Built around a ring-shaped cylindrical frame, this automatic 180° panel turner maintains a well-braced, rigid structure that preserves its geometry under repeated loading. A rubber-covered roller conveyor securely grips the sheet and carries it through a half-turn rotation, enabling panels to exit the machine face-reversed without manual lifting. Two dedicated motors operate the turning action and sheet transport separately, allowing infeed, alignment, overturning, and outfeed to function as a coordinated cycle rather than isolated steps.

Transmission parts are designed as separable modules, allowing individual sections to be removed and inspected without disassembling the entire machine. Worn rubber-covered rollers can be replaced individually rather than as complete sets. Electrical control components are consolidated in one cabinet, simplifying fault tracing and maintenance.
