- Material: The main body is made of light aluminum alloy, which is integrally molded by low-pressure casting, light, strong and durable.
- Corrosion resistance: The surface is treated by hard oxidation, which has good oxidation resistance and wear resistance.
- High flow rate: Reasonable structural design to ensure large flow rate.
- Emergency cut-off: When subjected to strong collision, the valve body breaks at the cut-off groove, and the tank body is kept sealed, effectively preventing oil leakage.
- Filter screen: When transporting thick oil products (such as crude oil), the filter screen on the valve can be removed to avoid affecting the flow rate.
- Cylinder maintenance: In case of oil leakage at the interface, replace the seals in the piston cylinder.
- Regular check: Inspect the air inlet pipe periodically for damage to prevent valve operation issues.
- Emergency procedure: If the valve cannot be opened by air intake, unscrew the emergency bolt on the bottom piston cylinder and insert a 10cm hexagonal bolt to manually open the valve.
