Product Description
Manhole covers are essential components in tank truck systems, serving as emergency vents for fuel tanks while providing multiple safety benefits. These include tank breathing capabilities and flanges for ancillary equipment to prevent rupture, division reversal, and explosions. With 18 years of manufacturing experience, our manhole covers are among the most critical safety components for petroleum tankers.
HUATE models feature emergency venting (7000 m³/hr at 350 mb) to prevent tank explosions during fires, along with pressure vacuum breathers and rollover seals to prevent leakages if tanks overturn. The two-stage opening mechanism safely releases residual pressure before full opening, eliminating dangerous kick-backs. Our cast models include blind bolt holes to prevent liquid leakage and reinforced base plates for enhanced structural integrity. Corrosion-proof springs ensure reliable emergency venting operation in all environments.
