The tank manhole cover is constructed from steel plate and flange welding to ensure medium containment and filling pressure integrity. This design improves tank transportation quality and reduces goods loss during transit. The manhole is made of stainless steel 316L with 8-point fixation and features an 8mm thick flanged collar suitable for different tank radii.
The stainless steel swing bolt is paired with a naval brass nut and locked by eight dovetails, providing secure 8-point fixation for enhanced safety and stability.
