The manhole cover is installed on the top of the tank car and has the functions of internal breathing and emergency exhaust. During oil transportation, the internal breathing valve maintains pressure balance between the tank interior and exterior. When pressure rises sharply, the emergency exhaust device automatically activates to release internal pressure.
In case of an oil tank truck accident, the anti-overflow device of the inner breather valve maintains sealing to prevent accidents.
