Machine Structure
Unwinder Stand
Double arm type for paper core 3"6"12" Roll Rack with 2 unwinds pick-up type. Capable of holding reels up to 2000kgs. Hydraulic up/down movements controlled from console with solenoid valves. Oil pressure controls paper arm movement for stable, rapid operation.
Auto-Tension Control
Computer-controlled automatic tension adjustment based on paper roll diameter and weight input via touch screen.
Cutting Unit
British cutter method reduces load and noise while extending cutter life. Precision steel welding and dynamic balance adjustment minimize vibration during high-speed operation. Special steel precision knife ensures long blade life with easy adjustment.
Electronic Control (Inovance PLC)
TPC7062KS and INOVANCE Processor communication for production data input, operating status monitoring, and system failure alarm indication. INOVANCE quick drive system provides accurate positioning based on encoder feedback.
Conveyor and Paper Collection System
Multi-stage conveyor system transitions from high to low speed to separate, overlap, and collect cut paper. Lift stacked set automatically drops at predetermined height. Three-sided jogger finishing function with motor-driven paper alignment for operational simplicity and safety.

The stacker table has three sides shake finishing function ,the side of the motor to drive the paper, the paper, on both sides by high-quality pneumatic by hand wheel to adjust the amplitude of the paper to improve the simplicity and safety of the operation.
