Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?

Q2: What types of products can you provide?

A: We can offer OEM or ODM aluminum extrusions, as well as various surface treatments.

Q3: Can you provide samples for us to inspect?

For standard profiles, we can provide samples measuring 10 centimeters in length. Samples of the same length can also be provided after the molds for custom profiles are manufactured. If you require samples of other lengths, please let us know.

Q5: What surface finishes and colors are available?

A: We offer polished, anodized, powder-coated, sandblasted, electrophoretic, wood-grained, black, gold, champagne, dark bronze, and other finishes – all according to your specifications.

Q6: How long will it take to fulfill my order?

A: The delivery time depends on the complexity of your drawings. Once the final design and specifications are confirmed, the molds can be manufactured and sent to our workshop. The production process usually takes 1–2 weeks. Samples can be delivered to you within 7 days for your approval.

Q7: How do you ensure the quality of your products?

Our factory has a complete production line that covers the entire process, from the casting of aluminum ingots to the advanced processing of aluminum profiles:

1. Our extrusion process ensures the production of high-quality aluminum profiles. The extrusion molds are carefully maintained, which contributes to the smoothness of the profile surfaces.

2. Pretreatment methods such as sandblasting, mechanical polishing, and brushing are carried out before anodizing and powder coating. These methods allow us to offer a variety of surface finishes – whether glossy or matte – just like the original extruded profiles. Most importantly, these pretreatment steps help to remove any dirt and oil from the surface of the profiles.

3. Post-treatment methods such as anodizing, powder coating, wood-graining, and electrophoretic coating provide our aluminum profiles with a wide range of colors and improved weather resistance.
