1. Question: What is your minimum order quantity and payment deadline?

Answer: Usually, the minimum order quantity is 500 kilograms, but we can discuss this on a case-by-case basis. The payment methods are as follows: (1) 30% T/T as a deposit, and 70% before delivery.

2. Question: How many types of aluminum products do you have?

Answer: Our main products include polished, anodized, and powder-coated aluminum.

3. Question: Are the prices the same for all colors with the same surface treatment?

Answer: Not yet. For powder-coated aluminum, brighter colors are more expensive than white or gray; for anodized aluminum, colored versions are more expensive than silver, and black versions are more expensive than colored ones.

4. Question: How do you calculate the weight of the products?

Answer: We can choose between theoretical weight and actual weight based on the customer's requirements.

5. Question: How do you handle quality issues?

First of all, we have confidence in our products because we have our own raw material factories, and the goods go through very strict inspections. Of course, some unavoidable damage may occur during delivery. If you find that many products have significant quality issues and it is indeed due to our factory’s production, we can negotiate to compensate you for your losses. 

6. Question: Can you provide a certificate of conformity (C/O) and other certifications regarding product quality? 

Yes, we can provide these certifications according to the customer’s requirements.
