This system enables continuous production including ream collection, pulling, memory conveying, packaging, and discharge.
This efficient A4 production line features 2 rolls and 4 pockets in a space-saving 8×9 meter footprint, ideal for operations with monthly production capacity of 200-300 tons.
- 4-cut method with 5 sets of longitudinal slitting knives
- 430mm cross-cutting knife head processes 210mm sheets
- Converts 845mm base paper into two 210mm sheets through folding
- 3-inch air expansion shaft for secure paper core handling
After precision cutting, the system conveys standard A4 sheets via belt to the collection department where they're bundled into reams (typically 400-500 sheets). The advanced packing machine utilizes 13 servos to synchronize lifting, pressing, folding, stacking, packing and sealing actions for seamless operation.
