The single-drum sheeter features an innovative "Top blade rotary, bottom blade fixed" flying shear design. During paper transport, the lower blade remains stationary while the upper blade rotates continuously at high speed. The AC servo-driven control system ensures exceptional accuracy and stability throughout the cutting process.
This versatile machine handles paper weights ranging from 60 to 550 GSM. For thin paper applications (30 grams), it can simultaneously cut 8-12 rolls at speeds up to 100 cuts per minute. CHM Machinery's expertise ensures reliable performance with both thick and thin paper materials.
