The Better 1200R2 Vertical LSR Injection Molding Machine is purpose-built to master the demanding production of heat-resistant silicone scrapers. Producing a perfect scraper is a study in contradiction: the blade must be whisper-thin (0.8-1.2mm) and supremely flexible to hug the curvature of a mixing bowl, yet the handle must be solid, ergonomic, and comfortable to grip during prolonged whisking or folding. The scraper blade's cutting edge is its primary selling point. If it has any flash (burrs) or waviness, it won't scrape cleanly, and those micro-burrs can break off into food. Our vertical clamping unit is constructed with ultra-rigid, pre-stressed tie-bars. This ensures the mold halves close with absolute precision, eliminating any escape path for the highly fluid LSR. The result is a razor-sharp, perfectly straight blade edge that requires zero secondary trimming - saving labor costs and eliminating the risk of accidental blade damage during post-processing.
