Technological Iteration: Energy-Saving Upgrades Based on Traditional Oil-Immersed ModelsThis product is positioned as an energy-saving oil-immersed distribution transformer, with core upgrades focusing on the "retention + optimization" of traditional oil-immersed technology. It retains the core advantages of mineral oil, such as high heat dissipation (heat transfer coefficient of 0.12 W/(m·K)) and low cost (25%-30% lower purchase cost than dry-type transformers), while reducing energy consumption through two major energy-saving technological iterations: First, the iron core material is upgraded to low-loss silicon steel sheets (e.g., 30Q130), whose iron loss value (P1.5/50) is only 60%-70% of that of ordinary silicon steel sheets; second, the winding process is optimized with compact molding winding technology, reducing winding copper loss by 10%-15%. These dual upgrades achieve the synergy of "high heat dissipation + low loss".
