- Upgrade of Winding Insulation System: It adopts Class 130 oil-resistant insulating materials (e.g., oil-resistant epoxy resin glass cloth tubes), whose temperature resistance level is 23% higher than that of traditional Class 105 materials. It can still maintain stable insulation performance (volume resistivity ≥1×10¹³ Ω·cm) at a high temperature of 130℃. Meanwhile, its oil-aging resistance is significantly enhanced — after 1,000 hours of oil-aging tests, the mechanical strength retention rate exceeds 85%, which greatly extends the service life of windings and reduces the risk of insulation failure.
- Optimization of Heat Dissipation Structure: It is equipped with chip-type radiators. Compared with traditional finned radiators, the heat dissipation area is increased by 35%-40% (the radiator area of a single 250kVA model reaches 8-10㎡), and the heat transfer coefficient is increased to 0.15 W/(m·K). Through the design of "dense arrangement of chip groups + forced convection assistance", the heat dissipation efficiency is improved by 28%, which can quickly dissipate the instantaneous heat generated during the startup of industrial equipment and avoid excessive local temperature rise.
- Strengthening of Short-Circuit Resistance: Combined with the upgrade of insulating materials and the optimization of winding winding process (adopting multi-layer tight winding + end reinforcement and fixation), the short-circuit resistance of windings is increased by 30%. It can withstand 2-3 times the rated current impact (lasting 5-8 seconds) during the startup of industrial motors, avoiding winding deformation or wire breakage faults caused by load impact.
