1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We have our own sculpture factory. We make clay molds and cast them all in our own factory. We always welcome customers to visit and exchange.
2. Do you offer customized services?
A: Our range of custom services includes design, size and surface color. We also specialize in custom sculptures, we can make custom sculptures according to your requirements or drawings. We can provide solutions based on your ideas.
3. How long can I get my goods after placing an order?
A: It takes about 20-25 days to complete and 20-25 days to your city. About 60-70 days in total.
4. Could I see the production process?
A: Of course, we will send you the pictures during production and packaging.
5. Is your transportation safe?
A: We have multiple ways to protect your sculptures 1) very sturdy and professional shipping packaging 2) comprehensive insurance.
6. What should I do if I find the goods are broken after I get them?
A : There are two situations during transportation. One is that the packaging and the goods are broken, and the other is that the packaging is OK, but the goods are broken. The former is our responsibility, and the latter is the responsibility of logistics companies. We promise: it doesn't matter whose responsibility it is, as long as the goods are damaged, we will try our best to send you a new one freely in the shortest time.
7. How to install sculpture?
A: We provide you with a very detailed installation drawing, and each part has a unique number corresponding to the drawing. We also have professional installers if you need them.
