EPS relief is made from raw materials that have been pre processed, matured, molded, dried, and cut. It is widely used in fields such as construction, insulation, packaging, daily necessities, and industrial casting. It is generally used as insulation material in construction, and sometimes can also be used as lightweight filling material. EPS lines are made of materials such as core aggregates, external mesh cloth, and polymer mortar, and are decorative components used for building facade design.

Features:

1. High installation efficiency, using specialized bonding mortar for direct bonding, a single person can complete 20-30 square meters of installation per day, which is three times faster than traditional wet operations.

2. The structural load is small, suitable for the renovation of old buildings, and there is no additional reinforcement requirement for load-bearing walls.

3. Strong impact resistance, capable of withstanding an impact energy of 50kJ/m ² (tested according to GB/T 1043 standard), equivalent to a 1kg weight falling from a height of 5 meters without breaking.

4. It does not absorb water or mold, and only requires regular rinsing to maintain its appearance.

5. Styling ability: CNC cutting can achieve complex patterns with a precision of 0.5mm, including European rolled grass, Chinese patterns, etc. Traditional craftsmanship requires 2 weeks of carving, while EPS relief can be completed in 3 days.

6. Surface effect: Supports more than 10 decorative techniques such as imitation stone, imitation copper, gold plating, etc.
