1.Material environmental compliance: Complies with the EU Timber Regulation (EUTR) and FSC forest certification (or PEFC certification), proving that the wood comes from sustainably managed forests.

2.Degreasing treatment: Natural solid wood needs to be dried at high temperatures (80-100℃) to adjust the moisture content of the wood to 8%-12%, removing the oil and moisture inside the wood to prevent the oil from seeping out after baking and causing the paint surface to turn yellow.

3.Hot stamping with gold or silver: The brand LOGO or pattern is hot stamped on the surface of the box lid using the "hot stamping process" (the hot stamping foil must comply with the EU RoHS standard and be nickel-free). The hot stamping pressure is controlled at 0.3MPa, and the temperature is 120-140℃ to ensure that the LOGO edge is clear and free of overflow.
