Production Process
Raw coal is crushed and mixed with sodium hydroxide solution in precise proportions, then reacted for 1-2 hours to form a complete sodium humate solution. The solution undergoes 48-hour precipitation to remove unreacted residues, followed by concentration and evaporation. The material is then subjected to rolling and impact crushing before being pneumatically conveyed to a classifier for screening. Oversized particles are automatically returned for further grinding, while fine powder is collected via cyclone separation. Final product receives anti-caking treatment before packaging.
