ABB AO845A is a new generation 16-channel analog output module in the AC 800M distributed control system. While providing high-density 4-20mA output, it natively supports HART digital communication write function. It can directly send set values, range parameters or operation commands to on-site HART execution devices (such as intelligent valve positioners and frequency converters), achieving true "digital + analog" hybrid control.

HART writing function (industry-leading) :
Support writing commands (such as set points, damping time, and range) to HART devices connected to each channel
Compatible with HART 5/6/7 protocol, suitable for intelligent valve positioners (such as ABB TZIDC, YTC, etc.)
HART data goes directly to the field equipment without the need for an additional communication gateway
Spring terminal tool-free wiring
Push-in technology, supporting 0.14-2.5mm ² (26-12 AWG) wires
Anti-vibration and anti-loosening, significantly reducing installation and maintenance time
