Installation Guidelines

Foundation Preparation: Anchor bolts must be precisely positioned according to provided axis and elevation measurements. All anchor bolts must be perfectly aligned with steel columns placed in straight lines.

Steel Column Installation: Foundation nuts should be leveled prior to hoisting. No personnel should stand within crane lifting range during operation. After positioning, anchor nuts must be securely tightened.

Steel Beam Installation: Beams are lifted after completing column tie rods/column supports. All connections must achieve proper bolt tightening with consistent direction.

Roof Construction: High-strength bolts are used for roof steel beams (no welding required). Platform beams include main beams (generally welded with wing plates) and secondary beams (typically not welded).
