Aluminium Exterior Thermal Glass Windows Waterproof Temperature Stabilized
Waterproof Temperature Stabilized Aluminium Exterior Thermal Insulation Window
Product Description:
Aluminium is a popular material for window frames due to its strength, durability, and low maintenance. However, it's also highly conductive, meaning it can easily transfer heat and cold, which can lead to significant energy loss. To address this, various thermal insulation technologies are used to improve the energy efficiency of aluminium windows. The most effective method for insulating aluminium windows is through the use of thermal breaks.
What is a Thermal Break? A thermal break is an insulating material placed within the aluminum frame to create a barrier that "breaks" the path of thermal energy transfer. This prevents the heat from the inside of your home from escaping during the winter and stops the heat from the outside from entering during the summer.
How it Works: In a thermally broken window frame, the interior and exterior sections of the aluminium are separated by a non-conductive material, such as a polyamide strip (a type of plastic like nylon). This material significantly reduces heat transfer, making the inside frame of the window much closer to the room's temperature, rather than the outdoor temperature.

Advantages:
- Reduced Energy Costs: By minimizing heat loss and gain, thermal breaks help lower your heating and cooling bills.
- Improved Comfort: The interior window frame remains at a more stable temperature, eliminating cold spots and drafts.
- Prevention of Condensation: Since the inside surface of the frame is not as cold, condensation is less likely to form, which can prevent mold and moisture damage.
- Structural Integrity: Properly engineered thermal breaks maintain the structural strength of the aluminum frame, allowing for large, modern window designs.
