The main load-bearing framework adopts a portal steel frame system -- comprising steel columns, steel beams, and bracing components. This portal frame, combined with the external enclosure structure, forms a fully enclosed building with exceptional structural integrity, capable of withstanding harsh weather conditions such as strong winds, heavy rain, and heavy snow.
Prefabricated steel structures are defined by off-site component processing: all metal structural parts undergo cutting, welding, drilling, and painting in a controlled workshop environment before being transported to the construction site.
On-site installation eliminates the need for complex welding--components are simply fixed together using bolts. This process is convenient, efficient, and labor-saving, significantly shortening construction timelines.
