Introduction

As a bio-inspired structural composite, the thermoplastic PP honeycomb sandwich panel takes its cue from the highly efficient mechanical structure of natural honeycombs. By means of the accurate integration of top and bottom face sheets, PP honeycomb core layer, and hot-melt welding technology, it realizes a unified structure with molecular-level bonding. This material shatters the conventional stereotype of traditional materials that "superior strength is inseparable from heavy weight". While retaining its lightweight traits, it also exhibits outstanding mechanical performance, weather durability, acoustic and thermal insulation capabilities, as well as eco-friendly recyclability.
