Xi'An rig provides a comprehensive selection of blowout preventers (BOPs) and BOP stacks, including annular BOPs with spherical and conical rubber cores and ram BOPs with U-type, UM-type, and S-type cavity structures. These BOPs are designed for use in oil, gas, geothermal drilling, well intervention, and underbalanced drilling, ensuring robust well control and safety.
Annular BOPs:
- Spherical Rubber Core: Simple structure, easy disassembly, and reliable sealing.
- Conical Rubber Core: Only the piston and conical rubber core are moving parts, reducing wear and extending the lifespan.
Ram BOPs:
- U-Type: Long oval-shaped body to reduce stress concentration, easy ram replacement, compact size, suitable for forging and cladding products.
- UM-Type: Hydraulic side-door opening, long oval-shaped body, interchangeable shear and regular cavities, easy maintenance, long service life.
- S-Type: Integral casting body, easy machining, hinged side-door opening, ram chamber with arc and guide ribs to prevent jamming, flat top seal for easy maintenance, cost-effective.
