Product Description
The drilling elevator link is a specialized tool used in oilfield drilling and well repair operations to connect the top drive or hook block assembly, and the elevator during the lowering and raising of the pipe string. It is divided into double-arm drilling elevator link and single-arm drilling elevator link. It complies with relevant standards such as API 8C and 7K. It is made of high-quality alloy steel through die forging. The strength is verified using ABAQUS finite element analysis and stress tests are conducted by the electrical measurement method. A secondary shot peening surface strengthening treatment process is adopted.
Suitable for onshore drilling rigs, offshore platforms, workover rigs and various oilfield service operations under harsh working conditions.
