API 16A MSP Annular Blowout Preventer Well Control Equipment for Onshore Drilling
The MSP Annular Blowout Preventer is a core hydraulic well control device fully designed and manufactured per API 16A standards, widely deployed for onshore drilling, workover and well testing operations. Different from ram-type BOPs, this annular unit features universal sealing performance, capable of sealing around drill pipes, casings, tubing and even open hole conditions for flexible wellbore pressure control.
Adopting optimized MSP spherical sealing structure and high-toughness rubber core, the preventer delivers excellent compression resistance, abrasion resistance and deformation recovery capacity. It allows safe pipe tripping and joint passing under pressurized well conditions, effectively preventing mud overflow and blowout risks. The integrally forged steel body ensures high pressure resistance and structural stability for long-term continuous service.
With full hydraulic drive, the unit features fast response, stable operation and simple maintenance. It supports matching with various BOP stack combinations and adapts to multiple complex wellsite environments. Optional H2S corrosion-resistant configuration is available, making it reliable universal wellhead safety equipment for conventional and sour oil-gas field drilling projects.
