API 7K 800HP F800 Mud Pump for Land Drilling Rig
F1000 Triplex Mud Pump is a 1000HP high-power fluid circulation device designed strictly in accordance with API 7K standards, serving as the core hydraulic equipment for onshore and offshore drilling rigs. Adopting professional triplex single-acting piston structure, the pump delivers stable displacement, ultra-high working pressure and low pulsation performance, fully meeting the mud circulation demands of medium and deep well drilling operations.
This drilling mud pump is equipped with high-strength crankshaft, alloy connecting rod and wear-resistant cylinder liner assembly. All key fluid-end components are optimized for corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance, adapting to complex drilling fluids containing sediment and impurities. The integrated lubrication and cooling system ensures continuous stable long-hour operation and reduces equipment wear failure.
