The Electric Control Group is the centralized electrical control core of land drilling rigs and oilfield equipment. It integrates variable frequency drives, PLC modules, operation touch screens, protection circuits and signal acquisition components to realize unified monitoring and automatic control of drawworks, top drive, mud pumps and other rig units.

The control cabinet adopts dustproof, explosion-proof optional design, suitable for dusty, vibrating wellsite environments. It supports real-time data display, fault alarm and historical data recording, helping operators monitor rig working status conveniently. Reliable overload, short-circuit and emergency stop protection functions improve overall operational safety.

With standardized wiring and modular structure, the control group is easy for onsite installation, debugging and maintenance. Different configurations can be customized to match AC-VFD electric drilling rigs. It is an essential system to achieve stable, intelligent operation of onshore oil and gas drilling equipment.
