Description:

The crosshead guide plate, also known as the crosshead slide plate or guide plate, consists of an upper guide plate and a lower guide plate. It is a core wear-resistant component of the crosshead assembly at the power end of a three-cylinder mud pump. It provides a precision sliding track for the reciprocating motion of the crosshead, constrains the radial offset of the crosshead, stabilizes the coaxiality of the tie rod, avoids uneven wear of the cylinder liner and piston, and ensures the continuous and stable operation of the pump body under high-pressure drilling conditions. It is suitable for mud pump equipment in onshore oil and gas drilling, mining drilling, and shale oil extraction.

Upper and lower slide belong to the crosshead assembly. The crosshead slides in the upper and lower guide plates. Upper and lower guide plates act as slide rail.

The material is HT250. There are two aging treatments after the blank and rough machining, which ensures the machining precision.
