This product serves as a base material of high flatness, high temperature resistance PET, coated with a thin layer of release substance for MLCC formulations. Primarily used in MLCC tape coating applications.

High-Temperature Process Compatibility: Withstands 150-200°C during sintering and annealing processes while maintaining structural integrity. Produced in Class 1,000 or higher cleanrooms to minimize particle contamination.
