This product is used as a base material of high flatness, high temperature resistance PET, coated on the surface of the thin layer of release substance MLCC formulations. Mainly used in MLCC tape coating.

Ceramic Layer Transfer in MLCC Production
Primary Role: Acts as a carrier substrate during the ceramic slurry casting process. The film holds the ceramic slurry in place while solvents evaporate, forming uniform ceramic green sheets.
Key Requirement: High smoothness (≤0.2μm defects) to ensure defect-free ceramic layers, critical for high-capacity MLCCs.
Multilayer Stacking & Lamination
Layer Alignment: Enables stacking of 300-1,000 ceramic layers by maintaining alignment and preventing adhesion between layers during lamination.
Controlled Release Force: Ensures easy separation without residue, preserving the integrity of ultrathin ceramic layers.
