5g/in MLCC PET Silicone Release Film Release Liner is used as a base material of high flatness, high temperature resistance PET, coated with a thin layer of release substance for MLCC formulations. Mainly used in MLCC tape coating.

Ceramic Layer Transfer in MLCC Production: Acts as a carrier substrate during ceramic slurry casting process, forming uniform ceramic green sheets with high smoothness (≤0.2μm defects).
Post-Processing & Recycling: Used as a buffer during punching to prevent mechanical damage. Many companies implement recycling programs for these films.
