• This machine is mainly used for paper tray packaging of plastic bottles such as HDPE, PET and PP. It replaces the traditional manual operations including placing paper trays, arranging bottles, stacking anc covering top paper trays, realizing automatic production line operation, which greatly saves labor costs and improves efficiency and benefits.

• 20-axis bus-type servo motor control ensures continuous and stable operation.
• Adopts an integrated automatic paper tray forming structure, enabling top-layer cover flipping, which avoids frequent manual intervention for loading paper trays and placing top-layer trays.
• Multi-servo and multi-link design with adjustable paper tray range for quick bottle type changeover; employs a centering mechanism to adjust paper tray application specifications, improving debugging efficiency.
• Can be paired with high-speed servo plus vacuum conveying for dual-lane bottle infeed to increase production capacity. For bottle sizes below 0.5L, single-lane infeed can achieve speeds up to approximately 9,000 bottles per hour.
• Servos utilize EtherCAT control for higher precision, faster response, greater stability, and simpler wiring.
• Single-channel or 2-channel automatic bottle infeed enables rapid tray placement, automatic staggered bottle arrangement, and ensures compact alignment.
• Incorporates state-of-the-art IoT technology for real-time equipment status monitoring, providing quicker and more accurate insight into machine operation, and supports remote debugging.
