• This machine is mainly used for paper tray packaging of plastic bottles such as HDPE, PET and PP. It replaces the traditional manual operations including placing paper trays, arranging bottles, stacking anc covering top paper trays, realizing automatic production line operation, which greatly saves labor costs and improves efficiency and benefits.

• Multi-servo and multi-link design with adjustable tray range for quick bottle-type changeover; a centering mechanism allows adjustment of tray application specifications, improving commissioning efficiency.
• Can be paired with high-speed servo and vacuum conveying for dual-lane bottle infeed, boosting production capacity. For bottle sizes below 0.5L, single-lane infeed can reach approximately 9,000 bottles per hour.
• Servo system controlled via EtherCAT for higher precision, faster response, enhanced stability, and simplified wiring.
• Supports single‑channel or 2‑channel automatic bottle infeed, enabling rapid tray placement, automatic staggered bottle arrangement, and compact packing.
