U-shape bolts are commonly used in cargo vehicles to stabilize the chassis and frame, such as connecting steel plate springs. These bolts have wide applications in construction, mechanical parts connection, vehicles, ships, bridges, tunnels, and railways.

Preload visualisation
Difference in length between the two legs = preload scale. By grinding the two legs to a height difference of 2 mm before installation and tightening the nut until the two ends are flush, the design axial force is achieved and can be put into place without a torque spanner on site.
Elastic Compensation
The U-shaped arc section will be slightly "open" when impacted, and it is a spring itself, which can absorb the thermal expansion and contraction of the pipeline of about 0.2 mm to avoid cracking the bracket by hard impact.
Insulation
Lining 1 mm nylon sleeve or PE sleeve inside the arc can electrically isolate the pipe from the steel structure and prevent galvanic corrosion (commonly used in stainless steel pipe + carbon steel bracket).

Our U-bolts offer excellent material properties including density, bending strength, impact toughness, compression strength, modulus of elasticity, tensile strength, and temperature resistance. Colors can be customized based on usage environment.

Common materials include carbon steel (Q235A, Q345B), alloy steel, and stainless steel (201, 304, 321, 304L, 316, 316L). These bolts conform to national standard JB/ZQ4321-2006.

U-bolt heat tightening is suitable for applications with internal temperature requirements above 200℃ in equipment and pipelines. This process accounts for thermal expansion during operation to maintain proper sealing.
