The shoulder bolt, also referred to as a shoulder screw, is a widely used fastener that provides stable spacing, smooth sliding, or rotational movement in various applications.

- Machinery: Crucial in parts requiring precise alignment and movement, such as sliding components in transmission systems
- Automotive Industry: Common in suspension, engine, and braking systems
- Electronics: Maintains spacing between circuit boards and chips
- Mold Manufacturing: Provides stable sliding in guiding mechanisms
- Furniture Hardware: Used in hinges and sliding rails
- Aerospace: Applied in components where high precision and stability are essential
- Industrial Automation: Integral to conveyor systems and robotic arms
- Medical Equipment: Used in devices with adjustable parts
- Tooling & Fixtures: Maintains fixed spacing and alignment
- Construction & Heavy Equipment: Enhances durability of equipment under heavy loads
Standard Threads
Standard threads are the most widely used. Threads on threaded fasteners (such as bolts, studs, screws, nuts, and other components) are generally standard threads.
Standard threads are categorised into coarse-pitch and fine-pitch varieties. Fine-pitch standard threads are predominantly employed in precision components and thin-walled parts.
In thread markings, the pitch of fine-pitch standard threads must be explicitly stated, whereas the pitch of coarse-pitch standard threads is generally omitted.
Stainless steel is an alloy material with corrosion resistance, composed primarily of iron, chromium and nickel.
- Cleaning: Use mild detergents and soft cloth; avoid acidic/alkaline cleaners
- Stain Removal: Use specialized stainless steel cleaners or alcohol/vinegar for stubborn stains

201, 304, 316 are austenitic stainless steel, typically non-magnetic. The corrosion resistance comes from chromium oxide protective layers. Special care should be taken in high-temperature (450°-900°) and highly chlorinated environments.
304 is a general-purpose stainless steel containing at least 18% chromium and 8% nickel, widely used for equipment requiring good corrosion resistance and formability.
