The bolt adopts an integrated structure comprising a hexagonal head, a flange, and a threaded shank, with the flange diameter enlarged by 30%–50% compared to conventional bolts. The patented technology disclosed in 2024 reveals an innovative design featuring a square-step shoulder with annular grooves, into which silicone rubber elastic sealing skirts are embedded. Adjacent skirts form a 0.3 mm oil-guiding channel, while a self-sealing oil injection port is integrated at the top. The shank employs a stepped design, consisting of a smooth cylindrical segment (accounting for 35%–45% of the length) and a threaded segment, with a 15° conical smooth neck section at the transition to enhance shear resistance.
