We are a factory specializing in technical services including anodizing, hard anodizing, and colored anodizing for aluminum products. We also offer comprehensive processing solutions such as welding, CNC machining, forging, and casting.
Red anodizing is achieved using a combination of nickel acetate and red dye. The final color can vary based on factors including anodized layer thickness, dye type, and process parameters.
The anodizing process creates durable, beautiful products with colors that reflect the characteristics of the final product.
Anodized aluminum undergoes electrochemical treatment to form a tough, protective oxide layer. This process makes the surface 2-3 times harder than regular aluminum and significantly more corrosion-resistant.
The anodized layer bonds permanently to the aluminum, preventing chipping, flaking, or peeling. This makes it ideal for applications requiring durability and aesthetic appeal, such as construction, automotive parts, and consumer products. The porous surface readily accepts dyes, allowing for a wide range of colors and finishes.
Aluminum anodizing creates a wear-resistant oxide layer that enhances both quality and aesthetics. The process results in products that are durable, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and visually appealing.
The electrochemical reaction involves:
- Anode: 2Al + 3H2O = Aluminum 2O3 + 6H+ + 6e-
- Cathode: 6H+ + 6e- = 3H2
- Resulting reaction: 2Al + 3H2O = Aluminum 2O3 + 3H2
We offer three anodizing processes with varying coating strengths:
- Type 1: Uses chromic acid electrolyte, providing better heat and corrosion resistance than untreated aluminum.
- Type 2: Uses sulfuric acid for deeper grooves and thicker oxide layers, offering superior paint retention.
- Type 3: Ideal for heavy-duty products, using higher voltages and strong sulfuric acid for maximum durability.
- Enhanced Beauty: Wide color selection creates visually appealing products that meet brand requirements.
- Exceptional Durability: Anodized layers resist chipping, fading, and wear even under extreme conditions.
- Functional Benefits: Color coding aids component tracking in industrial and safety applications.
- Eco-Friendly: Process uses non-toxic, sustainable dyes without harmful chemicals.
The anodizing process significantly improves surface treatment for both aesthetic and functional purposes. While complex, it delivers superior quality results at competitive costs.
