Thermal Management System
Thermal Silicone: 6.2W/m·K conductivity, 0.15±0.03mm uniform thickness, -50℃ to 200℃ operating range.
Heatsink: 6063-T5 aluminum alloy (180W/m·K), CNC-machined multi-fin design (24 fins, 320cm² surface area).
Performance: Reduces SSD controller temperature by 25℃, maintaining ≤70℃ under full load.
Installation Guide
