The Disposable Blue Top PT Tube is specifically designed for blood coagulation mechanism testing within vacuum blood collection systems. These tubes contain buffered tri-sodium citrate solution with concentrations of either 0.109mol/L (3.2%) or 0.129mol/L (3.8%), providing optimal conditions for PT and APTT value testing.
