Smooth FRP panels offer exceptional chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, and salts, combined with flexible processing capabilities for easy forming and installation.
Reinforced with high-strength glass fiber, these panels provide mechanical strength comparable to some metals while maintaining a density of only 1/4 that of steel and 2/3 that of aluminum. This eliminates the need for heavy lifting equipment during installation and significantly reduces structural load.
Utilizing corrosion-resistant resin matrices (unsaturated polyester, epoxy), FRP panels withstand acid, alkali, salt solutions, and humid environments without rusting or rotting.
Non-conductive and non-magnetic properties make FRP ideal for electrical applications. With added flame retardants, panels meet UL94 V0 and GB 8624 B1 standards, producing minimal smoke and no toxic gases when exposed to fire.
