The Q43L-4000 Hydraulic Gantry Shear is a heavy-duty scrap metal cutting machine designed for medium to large-scale scrap recycling plants, steel processing facilities, and centralized metal recovery centers that require high shearing force, stable cutting performance, and continuous industrial operation.
With a powerful 4000 kN hydraulic shearing force, this gantry shear is capable of efficiently cutting thick steel plates, structural steel, beams, profiles, pipes, and bulky mixed scrap metal. It is especially suitable for scrap materials that are too large or too heavy to be processed by alligator shears or container shears.
The machine is equipped with a 1400 mm cutting blade and a spacious 6000 * 1400 * 700 mm press box, allowing direct feeding of long and heavy scrap materials. Operating at a cutting frequency of 3–4 cycles per minute, the Q43L-4000 delivers high throughput with stable and precise cutting, making it an ideal solution for industrial-scale scrap processing lines.
