This aluminum tube mandrel is made of high-quality bearing steel with bright titanium-plated surface. Specially designed for aluminum tube bending to prevent aluminum powder from sticking to the surface, which may cause bent pipe fittings to be unqualified.
The mandrel can be installed on various tube bending equipment including hairpin benders, return benders, CNC tube benders, and manual tube benders. It is widely used in heat pump production, aluminum tube heat exchangers, and refrigerator heat exchanger production workshops.
