Product Description
Our high quality round cutting blade is manufactured from premium mold steel SKD11 or high-speed steel SKH51. This high carbon, high chromium cold working die steel offers exceptional hardenability, wear resistance, and oxidation resistance.
After quenching and polishing, it provides excellent rust resistance with minimal heat treatment deformation, making it ideal for cold shearing applications.
With a heat treatment hardness of 60-62 HRC and precision CNC lathe processing, these blades are commonly installed in OMS or JDM hairpin benders and CNC Tube Chipless Cutting Machines for cutting copper, aluminum, and steel tubes in air conditioning heat exchanger production.
